Our Story
Hi, I'm Russhelle!
I started Cactus Rainbow to create a place where I could be myself and share my love for delicious, wholesome food and RAINBOWS.
Rainbows are important to me because I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and they were my first connection with my community.
My "chef" training came in the way of being a wife and mom over the last decade. I spent that time searching out, refining, and perfecting my recipes. Only the best recipes made it to the menu!

I care about people and believe that they should be rewarded for their work, so I organized Cactus Rainbow to share profits, after donations, with all employees. Additionally, all employees, including myself, make the same salary, and we have a flat organization structure where everyone has a voice and accountability to the business.
